What Is an FSA or HSA?
FSA (Flexible Spending Account):

HSA (Health Savings Account):

Request an Itemized Receipt:
If you paid out-of-pocket, we’ll gladly provide documentation for reimbursement. -
Need a Letter of Medical Necessity?
We can work with your provider to help you obtain one if needed for certain treatments.
Not Sure Where to Start?
If you don’t have an FSA or HSA, ask your employer or benefits administrator how to get started. Open enrollment typically happens once a year, but certain life events may qualify you to enroll at other times.
