I truly cannot say enough amazing things about my experience here! Everyone who works at Elysara is so kind and welcoming and really listens. Being an endometriosis patient is not easy and this is one of the first practices to make me feel seen and heard. Nicoletta is so smart and kind and is a wealth of knowledge about endo. What a great experience I had at Elysara! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for. The entire team creates an environment that is both professional and compassionate. The attentiveness and care I received were outstanding. NP Jessica took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly evaluate my symptoms, and develop a personalized treatment plan. Her knowledge and expertise in women's health, perimenopause, and hormone optimization are exceptional. She helped me understand the changes I was experiencing during perimenopause and guided me through the process of BHRT (bioidentical hormone replacement therapy) with confidence and clarity. Nurse Nicoletta was equally amazing—knowledgeable, caring, and always willing to answer questions and provide support. Together, they made me feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout my wellness journey. The treatments have made a meaningful difference in my quality of life. Since starting BHRT, I have experienced significant improvements in my symptoms and overall well-being. I had a few IV treatments there Nicolette and Jessica are amazing  I am a Anaplastic cancer survivor and had many complications.  Their team keeps me healthy and hydrated! I’ve been going to Nicoletta for the last couple months ever since my surgery for endometriosis. I cannot tell you how much my life has changed since going to her. She is the only health care worker that has ever sat down and really listened to my symptoms and gave me advice on exactly what to do. Besides her, I’ve gotten doctors and health care workers brush off my symptoms and not really give me any answer on what to do. I am still experiencing symptoms even after my surgery and we have been doing a lot of IV therapy at elysara and she’s been guiding me in the right direction on how to get better. The place is so nice and clean and relaxing I love going there.  She not only helps me with my symptoms and pain, but mentally makes me feel a lot better. She sits down and talks to me at every appointment and dosent make me feel rushed like I’ve experienced at other places with other doctors. I highly recommend her because she is the greatest person I’ve ever met in my life to help me with my healthcare problems. The whole staff at elysara is also amazing. From the nurses to the front desk girls they are all so nice, kind, caring and always check in on me and make me feel so loved and cared for. I HIGHLY recommended seeing Nicoletta if you are struggling with endometriosis or other health issues! I have been working with Nicoletta and Jessica from the Ithaca office for months now for endometriosis management, HRT, and all of the other complications that have come from fighting this disease and other conditions for most of my life. They are both very kind, attentive and down to earth, along with the rest of their staff.
